What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay using digital payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For custom orders, we may offer bank transfers upon request.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and the type of order. Standard in-stock items typically ship within 2 business days and arrive within 1 day for domestic orders. For international shipping, delivery may take between 7 and 10 days. Custom and bespoke pieces will have a longer delivery timeline, which we’ll confirm during the design process.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times and shipping rates may vary depending on your location. Customs and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your order’s journey in real time.
How do I request a bespoke design?
To request a bespoke design, please contact us through our bespokeservice form available on the website or email us directly at bespoke@kozijewelry.com. Our team will schedule a consultation to discuss your ideas, materials, budget, and timeline to bring your vision to life.
How do I determine my ring size?
You can use our online ring size guide. If you already have a ring that fits, you can measure its inner diameter and compare it to our size chart.
REFUND POLICY
What should I do to return my order?
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the jewelry must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the certificate of authenticity and invoice.
I want a refund:
Kozi will cover the shipping costs for any jewelry you wish to return. You can return a piece within 14 days from the date you receive your order to be eligible for a refund under your right of withdrawal.
I want to make an exchange:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.

For exchanges, please return the jewelry first, and once processed, we will issue a refund. You can then place a new order.
What should I do if the jewelry does not match my order?
If the jewelry you received does not match your order, contact our Customer Service team at contact@kozijewelry.com or through the “Contact” section at the bottom of the Kozi website.
The package I received is damaged. What should I do?
If you notice any damage to the package during delivery, please note your concerns on the delivery slip before signing it.

2-Year Warranty Coverage
Every KOZI piece is crafted with care, intention, and the highest standards and we stand behind that.
Your jewelry is protected by our 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing or material defects.
This warranty doesn’t cover everyday wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs but we’re always here to help. Whether your piece needs a little care, a polish, or a professional repair, our team’s just a message away.
Because pieces that mean something deserve to last.
WHAT IT COVERS?
• Manufacturing defects (e.g. faulty clasps, loose settings, poor soldering)
• Structural integrity (prong issues, broken links, etc.)
• Premature discoloration of gold plating (within 6 months)
WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER?
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading over time)
• Accidental damage or loss
• Improper use or care (e.g. exposure to harsh chemicals, impacts)
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
